1. What types of artwork do you sell?
We sell original oil paintings and high-quality prints of Sung Lin Hon’s artwork.
2. Do you take commissions?

3. How can I purchase an artwork?
You can buy directly from the online store. Select the artwork, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through UPS and DHL. Shipping is free for orders above 75 EUR. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. How long does shipping take?
Original paintings may take up to 14 business days to be shipped out. International deliveries can take several weeks to arrive.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. How do I care for my painting or print?
Keep paintings and prints away from direct sunlight and humidity. For prints, framing behind glass is recommended.
10. How will large artworks be shipped?
Large artworks will be shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery.
11. How do I handle a rolled canvas upon arrival?
Upon receiving your rolled canvas, we recommend taking it to a professional framer for the best results. They will ensure it’s properly stretched and framed for display.
12. Are there customs fees or VAT?
Please note that we do not charge VAT on our sales unless required by the applicable regulations.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are to be settled by the buyer upon delivery.
